The qualified person for this job will manage a two-person BDC department, handling sales leads. Possibly growing into a larger BDC and encompassing service. We are looking for a hands‑on manager that will handle leads and personnel. We also have an acquisition BDC and would be open to merging the two with the right candidate. The selling process begins in the internet department and how we handle those guests directly result in our success.

This position requires working on‑site.

• Managing employees (20% of the time)
• Handling sales leads (80% of the time)
• Handling your own workload in a timely manner
• Must be on site to greet customers and be able to physically touch vehicles that customers inquire about.
