Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and establish follow‑ups with sales appointments.
• Schedule sales appointments and acquisition appointments.
• Respond quickly to phone, internet, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or who no‑show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Must be on site to greet customers and be able to physically touch vehicles that customers are inquiring about.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent people skills.
• Computer literacy.
• General knowledge of the automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
