• Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000

The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to develop and demonstrate leadership skills while driving clinic growth and operational excellence.

The Clinic Director will set annual goals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve clinic profitability and patient satisfaction. By fostering a positive clinic culture, resolving operational challenges, and facilitating effective communication among team members, the Clinic Director ensures the clinic operates efficiently and meets organizational objectives. • Demonstrate clinic growth, drive clinic processes, and adjust approach based on evolving inputs (e.g., staffing mix, DUPV, specialties offered)
• Resolve issues in scheduling and/or documentation of clinician or support staffing
