Job Description

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers, both over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Stand for most tasks; walking surfaces include ceramic tile or brick with linoleum.
• Lift bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds, dimensions up to 3' X 1.5') and stock onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Climb a ladder or navigate stairs to change light bulbs, clean ovens, wash walls, stoop or bend, and stoop/bend forward bending.
• Perform forward bending, crouching/squatting, and reaching tasks as described above.
• Reach above 72 inches, perform forward reaching, and lift or lower objects to and from shelves.
• Use hand-eye coordination and both hands continuously, with forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks such as manipulating a pizza peel, folding cardboard boxes, and pinching boxes.
• Drive safely and obey all laws.
