• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creation (Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing

• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Shopify
• Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies
• Experience working in remote teams
• Knowledge of project management tools (Click Up, Asana, etc.)
