engineering manager will be responsible for leading innovation, engineering, and design initiatives within the fast-growing cryogenic market as part of technifab's strategy to grow in energy transition space. The candidate will manage a local engineering team to successfully support existing products within the cryogenic portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with business line managers, sourcing, operations, finance, marketing, and customer service teams to manage projects effectively while mitigating risks to timely and thorough completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying the appropriate project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver results at optimal costs that deliver a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The position will also act as the lead and owns all aspects of a project such as specifications clarification, maximizing value proposition for the customers, establishing schedules, securing resources, and driving accountability to meaningful execution.
