• Prospect, develop, and close new business while building support from multiple stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare systems
• Deliver direct sales and nurture relationships with distribution partners
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a sales team as the market expands
• Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales progress and report to the international leadership team

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in the IT/Imaging healthcare industry
• Strong sales leadership background in the hospital IT/Imaging field
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams for growth

• Experience with indirect sales management and partnerships with distributors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• C-Level presentation and strong negotiating capabilities
• Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks autonomously
