At Rome Business School we are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong data-oriented mindset to strengthen the employability performance of our students and enhance the value of the School’s academic offer. The
Career Services Specialist
will be responsible for developing effective placement strategies, expanding the corporate network, and managing relationships with recruiters and HR managers from leading multinational companies.
- Placement & Analytics
- Track and optimize students’ employability outcomes using clear, measurable KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, HR business partners, and talent acquisition managers from both national and international companies. Actively promote student profiles aligned with current market needs.
- Events & Matching
- Contribute to the organization of Career Days, on-campus recruitment sessions, one-to-one pitch meetings, and targeted company presentations.
- Opportunity Develop men
- Identify and activate new job opportunities by analyzing labor market trends, monitoring emerging sectors and evolving skill demands.
- Job Readiness Program
- Deliver targeted workshops and resources on CV optimization, interview simulations, personal branding, and advanced job search strategies, especially for mid- to senior-level profiles.
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Career Services, preferably in corporate environments, multinational companies, or business schools.
- Master’s degree preferred in Economics, Business, Management, HR, or related fields. Humanities backgrounds are not considered a priority.
- Native or fluent Italian;
English level C1 or above. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with HR/placement metrics.
- Proven business development skills and experience in managing B2B relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in formal settings with C-level stakeholders.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
