YOUR TASKS:

• Support and management of various IT applications, including SCADA systems, on Windows and Linux platforms
• Ensuring the operation of responsible applications in 3rd level support, including coordination with 1st and 2nd level support
• Technical analysis and troubleshooting for complex issues that cannot be resolved at the 1st or 2nd level
• Scripting and data analysis to identify and resolve system issues (e.g., writing scripts to restore missing data, analyzing system connections and performance)
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to data availability, system connectivity, and network performance
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop optimizations and solutions for system challenges
• Creating and maintaining documentation and guidelines for 1st and 2nd level support

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Experience in supporting and managing IT applications
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with Power Shell and databases
• Analytical thinking and the ability to conduct in-depth troubleshooting
• High results orientation and quality awareness
• Proactive mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written); ideally German or Spanish skills
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
