- Support clients in implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize Customer Insights Journeys to meet client needs.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for existing implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Dynamics 365 modules.

- You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar field.
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or related modules (e.g. Dynamics 365 Sales).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey orchestration.
- Ability to gather requirements and design functional solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Polish. German language is a plus.
- Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.
