Senior Site Realibility Engineer

Our Dev Ops team builds the infrastructure that both supports all of our products and enables our entire engineering team to be successful. As an SRE Engineer
, you will report to an Engineering Manager and work across the full spectrum of reliability engineering, ranging from incident response to automation to monitoring to performance optimization and everything in between.

SQL, and much more as you help to improve the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of our systems.

• First Week: You'll learn the details of Quorum's systems and establish your monitoring and alerting baseline to understand the current reliability state.
• First Month: You'll lead proactive system monitoring and performance optimization initiatives to maintain high product availability and stability.
• First Six Months: You'll take ownership of incident response processes to ensure process consistency and establish comprehensive postmortem tracking with a clear prioritization framework for action items.
• First Year: You'll lead initiatives to implement AI integration in runbook automation and incident handling processes

• You have five or more years of experience working as a Systems Reliability Engineer with a focus on production reliability.
• You care deeply about system reliability and have significant technical skills solving complex distributed systems problems.
• You're a highly motivated self-starter who wants to make valuable contributions to operational excellence from day 1.
