Junior Marketing & Sales Specialist

• You are enthusiastic about new technologies—especially Artificial Intelligence—and want to apply your passion for marketing and sales in a dynamic environment.
• You create engaging content (text and visuals) for our social media channels (primarily Linked In) and present it effectively according to our editorial plan.
• You support the planning and execution of social media campaigns on Linked In and Instagram to increase our reach and position Cluster Reply as a thought leader in the field of AI.
• You contribute your design skills and assist in the layout of white papers, brochures, and the creation of appealing graphics (e.g., using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
• You support our team in preparing professional proposals and client presentations and help us win new customers.
• You are always eager to stay up to date and explore the latest AI technologies to provide the best possible advice to our clients.
• You support our consulting team with research tasks, the creation of presentations, and the documentation of project results.

• University studies in economics or an IT-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics)
• You have experience in social media branding / employer branding and writing marketing-focused content
• You have a good eye for visuals and solid skills in Microsoft Office and graphic design software for social media (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and artificial intelligence—especially generative AI—is a plus
• You demonstrate strong communicartion skills, initiative, motivation, quick comprehension, willingness to learn
• Very good English and Polish language skills
• Openness to work in hybrid work set-up with visits in Katowice office once every week
