• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
• Basic knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS)
• Familiarity with programmatic (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and declarative (Point and Click) development
• Understanding of MVC architecture

• Knowledge in Service or Sales Cloud
• Salesforce certifications
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design using Salesforce
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
