• Administer and configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications, managing cases, queues, and service processes
• Utilize Salesforce Flow Builder to automate processes and enhance service delivery
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Provide support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding of Service Cloud functionalities

• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow Builder for process automation
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules
• Experience with report and dashboard creation in Salesforce
• Fluent in English

• Experience with version control systems such as Git Hub or Gearset
• Familiarity with user management and data management best practices in Salesforce
