• Design and enhance AI agents for ingesting and analyzing complex artifacts, including source code and technical documentation
• Utilize AI pipelines for automated reverse engineering of business rules and integration flows
• Automate the generation of technical deliverables such as artifact inventories and initial business rules documentation
• Collaborate with the team to validate AI outputs and ensure technical accuracy in harmonization recommendations
• Optimize discovery processes by ensuring AI captures required contextual information, reducing reliance on stakeholder interviews

• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is a significant differentiator for the Mexico workstream
• Expertise in Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration and multi‑agent systems
• Familiarity with system architecture and ability to process/analyze legacy codebases
• Proficiency in transforming unstructured data into structured technical documentation
• Experience working in Agile environments with rapid delivery cycles (1‑week sprints)

• Experience in the beverage industry or similar sectors
• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business processes
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience with technical documentation and data analysis
• Familiarity with reverse engineering methodologies
