• Understand business requirements, analyze needs, and validate NGSS solution architecture for international use cases
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NGSS applications, services, data, and integrations while communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and collaborate on solution documentation, including APIs, models, and diagrams
• Lead solution hand‑offs and manage the development lifecycle, including backlog management and feature validation
• Analyze current configurations and data to contribute to migration strategies and implementation approaches

• Advanced proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related engineering field
• Minimum of three years of relevant IT experience on large application initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in both business and technical discussions
• Experience with web-based application development teams and troubleshooting independently

• Experience diagnosing application issues through log file analysis, with familiarity in tools like Splunk
• Knowledge of JSON files and database concepts
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages, preferably C#
• Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems
• Experience working in an agile environment
