What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement strategic Go-To-Market plans with partners, focusing on the Brazilian market
  • Inspire and support partners in growing their Snowflake practices and technical capabilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of partner relationships and ensure effective ecosystem management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance partner and customer experiences
  • Monitor and assess performance metrics across the partner network to drive growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in the Brazilian technology market
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with direct accountability for revenue targets
  • Established relationships with Brazilian System Integrators and Cloud Partners (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Native or near-native Portuguese language skills are essential; bilingual in English preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments and the Brazilian regulatory landscape (e.g., LGPD)
  • Ability to manage complex regional business plans and track ecosystem progress
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% within Brazil
