• Familiarity with cloud-native applications and Dev Sec Ops  culture
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and test automation
• Ability to monitor technical and business metrics and indicators

• Experience managing dependencies, conflicts, and stakeholder expectations
