• Identify and remediate visibility gaps across a landscape of 100+ applications, ensuring full-stack monitoring from infrastructure to end-user experience
• Optimize and manage monitoring platforms including Splunk, Logic Monitor, and App Dynamics
• Correlate data across multiple platforms to provide a holistic view of system health and performance
• Automate the deployment and configuration of monitoring agents to uphold "monitoring-as-code" standards
• Provide technical support during high-priority incidents and create operational dashboards for effective incident response

• Fluent English skills for communication with a multicultural team and American clients
• Strong collaboration skills to bridge infrastructure stability and application performance
• Demonstrated "data-driven" mindset to influence technical decisions
• Proactive identification of trends in system behavior to prevent outages
• Minimum experience in observability or monitoring technologies

• Experience with modern observability solutions such as Open Telemetry
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools like App Dynamics and Splunk
• Background in reliability engineering and performance analysis
• Previous experience in high-priority incident response and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards
