Position: Technical Support Specialist (Based in Brazil)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide responsive and effective chat and email support to merchants during onboarding and ongoing maintenance
  • Complete onboarding tasks for merchants, including front-end development on Shopify storefronts
  • Install and customize Okendo widgets, and address front-end bugs
  • Collaborate with the development team to communicate customer feedback and identify product enhancements

    Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall customer experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role with a technical specialization
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Java Script
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and problem-solve effectively
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and accountability in all tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or with Shopify-specific platforms
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
