American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ED experience and multiple emergency-specific certifications.

• 8-bed Emergency Department within a Critical Access Hospital
• 13-week assignment with night shift schedule (19:00-07:30)

• Active RN license (IN or compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and ACLS (must be AHA)
• TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Ascension CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification required, 8-hour course renewed every 2 years
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Provide emergency nursing care in a small, 8-bed ED setting
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate
• Candidates should begin discussing assignment extensions with managers at least 45 days before the end date
