- Monitor the performance of the quality assurance program and provide insights on trends and risks
- Conduct regular programmatic reviews and reporting
- Facilitate quality assessment sessions with internal and vendor stakeholders
- Investigate issues identified through quality audits and collaborate on resolutions
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer support quality assurance program management or customer support roles
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or customer experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs (or Microsoft Office equivalents)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Qualtrics Discover or another automated QA tool
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS customer support
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data handling and reporting
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau)
- CX quality management certification
