What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Consistently exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunity creation through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Design and test new outbound campaigns to enhance engagement rates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams
  • Act as a mentor and role model for other Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Demonstrated success in a Sales Development or Business Development role with consistent over achievement of targets
  • Advanced proficiency with modern sales tools including Linked In Sales Navigator and Outreach.io
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical capabilities to customer needs

  • Experience with advanced sales tools such as ChatGPT and 6sense
