As a Salesforce Engineer on our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a suite of managed packages, providing exceptional development and support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include guiding the ongoing development of our Salesforce products as requirements evolve, ensuring that our solutions continue to meet the needs of our clients. By helping clients maximize the value of their investment in our Know Who to Salesforce product, you will directly contribute to their success and satisfaction.

• First Week:
  Learn about the Salesforce team structure and relevant processes.
• First Month:
  Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Know Who Salesforce CRM packages and products.
• First Six Months - Year:
  Maintain a suite of Salesforce managed packages. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of package development, from initial design through development, testing, and deployment, ensuring high‑quality deliverables at each stage.
