• Lead the design and rapid prototyping of GenAI use cases within engineering workflows
• Develop and implement AI agents and orchestration frameworks using Python/Node.js
• Design and create RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI into delivery workflows and engage with clients for workshops and demos
• Maintain documentation for architectures, prompts, and evaluation methods

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Solid experience in backend development with proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and distributed systems
• Hands‑on experience with messaging technologies and event‑driven architectures
• Advanced level in English for reading technical documentation and communicating with international teams

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to AI agents or generative AI projects
• Understanding of security best practices and data privacy regulations
