• Build, lead, and grow a high-performing engineering team, providing mentorship and career development

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or related field
• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams in a backend SaaS environment
• Strong software development background in Python or Golang, with hands‑on architectural experience
• Practical experience with Linux system administration and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, modern software practices, and cloud‑native architectures
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
