Position Summary
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Consolidations and North America Accounting and is part of the Finance and Accounting organization. The position is responsible for supporting key accounting functions, ensuring accuracy of financial records, and assisting with audit and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily cash processes, monitor transactions, and ensure accurate and up-to-date cash balances
- Prepare cash journal entries and related reconciliations
- Prepare and process payroll costing entries and perform accrual analysis
- Complete various account reconciliations and support monthly close activities
- Prepare supporting documentation for tax packages
- Assist in preparing audit PBC (Prepared By Client) documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related field
- Recent graduates welcome to apply
- Experience in cash accounting
- General ledger accounting background
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Proficiency with Oracle and Microsoft Office applications
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST
