Recruitment Expert with Full-Cycle Experience

• Oversee weekly updates to the portfolio log using internal accounting software, including input of Turbolease entries

• Issue refund checks as required
• Maintain and organize accounting filing systems
• Process and input Letters of Intent (LOIs)
• Manage funding and portfolio logs for accurate record-keeping

• Provide clear and effective communication with customers, both in writing and verbally
• Ensure prompt and professional responses to inquiries
• Reconcile past due accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up

• Assist the Controller with various accounting tasks, including Quick Books entries and other financial activities as needed

• Experience in customer communication
• Great verbal and written communications skills
• Degree or pursuing a degree
• Highly motivated and outgoing individuals
• Result and goal-oriented
• Intermediate computer skills:
  Microsoft Suite, Quick Books, Turbo Lease

• Compensation range $18.00-$25.00/HR
• On-site role, 40 hours a week
