Experienced Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping with a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically using Quick Books. This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage financial records effectively.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes

• Proficiency in Quick Books is a must
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, specifically with Quick Books
• Relevant certification in accounting or finance is a plus
