The Sr Accountant is responsible for a range of accounting and business support functions, including but not limited to compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data, as well as performing audits and resolving discrepancies for our third‑party services.

• Maintain effective internal controls to ensure transactions follow Company policies and are properly reflected on the financial statements.
• Prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Act as a business partner to cross‑functional teams, particularly retail, marketing, supply chain, and operations, helping them understand financial impacts of business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting processes and workflows.
• Lead or participate in accounting‑related projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support, mentor, and provide guidance to junior accounting staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the accounting team.
• Complete ad hoc projects to support the accounting, reporting, and finance operations as needed.
• Complete month‑end close duties accurately and timely (e.g., recording, performing variance analysis, etc.).
• Prepare and/or review and approve staff journal entries, G/L account reconciliation, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Analyze balances to ensure accuracy. Identify and communicate unreconciled items to management.

• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate across various organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced understanding and knowledge in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite is a big plus, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Accounting and/or finance experience in the eCommerce and/or Consumer Product Goods (CPG)/Supply Chain industry.
