Parts and Warranty Administrator –

We are currently looking for an entry level Parts and Warranty Administrator with experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Jade Range is a custom manufacturer interfacing with high end commercial customers, where accurately entering highly engineered commercial equipment is our number one priority.

• Worked with Microsoft Outlook and experience with high volume emails
• Proactive with the ability to operate with minimal supervision
• An achiever with great attention to detail and an inquisitive mind
• The ability to follow directions, follow through and follow up
• Customer‑centric personality that is consistently friendly, positive and exhibits a high level of patience

• Answering inbound phone calls and emails for our technical support department
• Answering product questions
• Interfacing with our warranty system to properly track issues
• Entering parts orders

• A great can‑do attitude with the patience to teach and empower others
• Communicative with excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Interest in learning about commercial equipment and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Detail oriented with attention to detail is a must
• Ability to multitask and learn new material quickly

Hourly Rate $20‑$22 per hour DOE

M‑F 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• High school diploma preferred
• US work authorization (required)
