Technical Business Analyst

Overview

The Technical Business Analyst I works with cross-functional teams in identifying business needs, conducting comprehensive data analysis, developing innovative solutions, and documenting work packages for RAVE In-flight Entertainment (IFE) products and services.

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and document complex business requirements
• Perform critical thinking and analytical problem solving supported by data analysis to support decision-making
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment between technical and non-technical team members
• Work with other stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage the creation of user stories for development teams with discipline
• Support collaboration with product, engineering and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet business standards and user expectations
• Support the implementation of solutions, integration and successful delivery

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years experience in business analysis or related technical Engineering field
• Knowledge of business analysis principles and technical specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and Jira management tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Team-oriented work style
• Execute team assignments independently
• Contribute to collaboration and definition review sessions
• Support stakeholder relationships
• Support critical decisions leading to successful outcomes
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Technical analysis and problem-solving approach

The starting pay range for this position is $73,700 to $88,400 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
