About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented DSP Operations Assistant to support our Delivery Service Provider (DSP) team. This position is essential in coordinating communication between DSPs, customer service, and internal teams, managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, and supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts.
Working closely with the DSP Manager and operations leadership, you will help maintain smooth workflows, ensure timely follow‑ups, and keep accurate records — all contributing to strong relationships with DSP partners and customers. The ideal candidate is process‑driven, comfortable working in a structured environment, and focused on operational support and consistent execution to help ensure service reliability.
While the DSP Manager leads strategic initiatives—such as DSP sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance optimisation—this role assists by maintaining communication flows and helping implement processes that support these efforts. The DSP Operations Assistant plays a vital supporting role in recruitment, onboarding, and operational tracking that enable successful partnership management.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Partner Coordination- Act as a liaison between DSPs and customer service teams to ensure timely communication and effective issue resolution.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, escalate service concerns as needed, and track resolution follow‑ups.
- Support in maintaining positive DSP and customer relationships.
- Assist the Operations Manager in team coordination and ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain and update internal tracking tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare and update weekly reports on DSP performance and operational metrics.
- Support daily logistics activities to ensure on‑time and quality service.
- Assist with documentation, compliance, and contract tracking.
- Post DSP recruitment ads across multiple channels and track applicants.
- Assist with onboarding DSPs, collecting and organising documents, and facilitating contract completion.
- Support training coordination and communication with new partners.
- Analyse key metrics and operational trends to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support the design and implementation of data tracking systems and templates.
- Contribute to updating and improving SOPs based on operational insights.
- Help coordinate with cross‑functional teams (warehouse, finance, customer service, IT) to resolve challenges and improve workflows.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, customer service, or administrative support (preferred but not required).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), email communication, and basic data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Process‑oriented mindset with an interest in building efficient workflows.
- Experience with SOPs, reporting, or operational coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Support critical DSP operational and partnership management activities.
