Position Summary:

We are looking for a Regional Sales Support Specialist (LATAM) who will play a key role in supporting the sales within the LATAM Market through data analysis and strategic insights.

• Analyze sales active data from multiple sources
• Deliver insights and recommendations to sales, SCM teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the feasibility of FCST
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of FCST
• Conduct competitive sales analysis and monitor competitor sales trends
• Identify market opportunities and threats through data-driven research
• Develop and present strategic insights to senior leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports

• 2 years of experience in data analysis, or strategic planning
• Knowledge and the understanding of the FMCG/CPG industry, as well as competitors.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office), Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Excel
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s in business or related

• Collaborative and able to influence decision-makers
• Passionate about understanding and update databases

The base salary for this position is between $55,000.00 and $70,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
