- Direct day‑to‑day field operations on multi‑million‑dollar projects
- Oversee subcontractors, logistics, budgets, and schedules
- Drive and enforce site safety culture (OSHA standards)
- Coordinate project work plans, shutdowns, tie‑ins, and contingency plans
- Manage site reports, scheduling, documentation, and inspections
- Mentor and train Field Engineers and Superintendents
- Partner with executives and project managers on project strategy
- Build strong relationships with owners, trade partners, and inspectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10–15 years’ experience as a Lead Superintendent on $30M–$100M commercial/industrial projects
- OSHA 30‑hour certification (STS‑C, First Aid/CPR/AED preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, and construction scheduling tools
- Deep knowledge of construction documents, methods, and materials
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
