Job OverviewAre you a master of multitasking with a knack for communication? Do you thrive in fast‑paced environments where every second counts? Join Service Champions as a Dispatcher for the HVAC department and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ homes are serviced promptly. As a Dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and various areas of the business operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate service requests and schedule dispatch to field technicians.
- Act as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor schedules closely and make real‑time adjustments to optimize operations.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents.
- Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- 2+ years of dispatching experience; call center experience highly preferred.
- Industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other service‑based fields is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and call‑center software;
Service Titan experience is a plus.
- Hourly pay with bonus potential.

Pay Range: $22 USD – $26 USD
