Location: Brea, CA
Salary: $19.83 per hour
Shift: 8am-5pm, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately process customer orders received via fax, EDI, and phone.
• Enter standing orders and manage special pricing agreements.
• Assist field sales and service representatives with order placement and information requests.
• Provide proof of delivery for shipments when needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all processes.
• Stay informed about all company products and handle special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, order entry, or a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
