Traveling Implant Treatment Coordinator

Are you an experienced Treatment Coordinator who excels at presenting high-value dental treatment plans and driving case acceptance? We’re looking for a confident, results-driven professional with a passion for implant dentistry and a talent for helping patients say yes to life-changing care.

This is not your typical front-office role! You’ll travel between multiple offices, partner with our doctors, and play a key role in growing our implant practices.

• Present treatment plans for dental implants, full-arch restorations, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
• Build patient trust and clearly explain treatment options and benefits.
• Discuss financing options and address patient concerns.
• Follow up with patients to improve case acceptance.
• Collaborate with doctors and teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Track performance metrics and drive results across multiple locations.

• Proven success presenting and closing high-value dental treatment plans.
• Implant dentistry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
• Confidence discussing financial options and overcoming objections ethically.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel between offices.
• Open Dental experience is a plus.

• $28–$36/hour, based on experience.
