Cross Country Education in Brea, CA seeks a Special Education Teacher to support 7th–8th grade students with mild-to-moderate needs within a school setting.
You will serve as case manager, coordinate IEPs, monitor progress, and collaborate with general education staff and families to promote inclusive learning, while delivering targeted instruction and accommodations under a 4-day, 20-hour-per-week schedule.
