• Design parts and assemblies for various product lines (valves, hydraulic assemblies, and actuators).
• Generate manufacturing drawings for parts and determine manufacturing processes, specifying tolerances.
• Create schematic and assembly drawings using Solid Works or AutoCAD.
• Develop engineering solutions and proposal documentation for RFQs and RFIs.
• Collaborate with the analysis team on parts or assemblies that require FEA or CFD.

• 10-15+ years of Mechanical Design experience.
• Knowledge and experience in industrial and machine design.
• Lead roles in product development, implementing engineering processes (DFMA, DMAIC, FMEA, tolerance stack‑up analysis).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (casting, machining, grinding, lapping, additive manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, etc.).
• Proficiency in CAD modeling using Solid Works.
• Proficiency in GD&T and related standards for drawing creation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout and schematics (plus).
• Familiarity with nuclear industry standards (ASME, ANSI, API, IEEE, etc.) (plus).
• Familiarity with industrial hydraulics and electrical equipment (plus).
