Job Summary
This role provides critical support in tooling development and performance addition to assisting with drawing creation and updates. The candidate will be responsible for launching trial tooling, collecting performance data, and tracking tool life. Feedback from these activities will be used to update drawings which must be verified by the tooling design engineer.
Key Responsibilities- Support drawing creation and revisions using Solid Works.
- Launch and oversee trial tooling processes.
- Collect and analyze critical performance data from tooling trials.
- Track tool life and identify trends or issues.
- Provide detailed feedback to the tooling design engineer for drawing updates and verification.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, manufacturing and quality.
- Proficient in Solid Works and technical drawing standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
The base pay range for this position in California is $35,900.00 – $64,600.00 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
