Director of Finance | Southern California | $200k–$240k + Bonus

We're working with a leading construction company in Southern California that’s been building the region's infrastructure for over a century — and they’re hiring a Director of Finance to help lead their next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role with a clear path of growth.

What You’ll Own:

• Full-cycle financial oversight: from monthly closes and IFRS/GAAP reporting to budgeting, cash forecasting, and audits
• Lead and mentor a 2–7 person accounting team
• Partner directly with the CFO on strategic financial initiatives and reporting to the parent company
• Oversee consolidated financials, support tax filings, and maintain strong internal controls

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience, including leadership roles
• Background in civil construction
• Strong command of GAAP, IFRS, and operational finance
• ERP experience (JDE preferred, but open to others)
• Proven success in audit, forecasting, and building or leading teams
