Loan Servicing Analyst

Genesis
10 is seeking a Loan Servicing Analyst for a 12-month contract position with a banking company located in Brea, CA. This is an on-site position.

Compensation: $35.00 per hour (w2)

Responsible for managing post-origination loan activities, ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems. Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues.
• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors.
• Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting.
• Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing.

• Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services.
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
