As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you provide support across multiple Deposit Operations functions. Your role includes reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, and participating in special projects within the department. You help ensure internal controls, policies, procedures, and mechanisms comply with standard industry practices, regulatory guidelines, and management recommendations.
How You’ll Make a Difference- Clerical tasks such as responding to emails, phone calls, and workflow requests through the electronic ticketing system and maintaining department SLA for each function.
- Maintain current knowledge of all BAI compliance certifications and regulations pertinent to your area (e.g., Reg CC, Reg E).
- Support tasks to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist other areas as needed due to increased volumes or special projects.
- Help update and create job aids and procedures.
- Monitor and process transactions related to retirement accounts.
- Open and maintain brokered CD accounts.
- Process wires related to the disposition of Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACA).
- Perform monitoring and transactions related to escrow retention accounts.
- Execute callback procedures and perform daily review of various reports.
- Assist management with escheatment processing.
- Maintain workplace respect, keep commitments, inspire others, work ethically, and uphold organizational values.

- Follow policies and procedures, complete tasks correctly and on time, and support the company’s goals and values.
- Perform the position safely, complying with occupational safety and health standards and all OSHA‑related regulations.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in bank operations, preferably with exposure to multiple deposit functions.
- Strong understanding of banking systems, transaction processing, and compliance protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

The base salary ultimately offered will be determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, in alignment with market data and other factors.
