The Financial Analyst I supports the financial planning and analysis of Portfolio Business Units. Responsibilities include project accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting. This role is located in Miami, FL;
Chaska, MN; or Brea, CA and requires onsite presence.

• Support global project costing/reporting using Oracle Projects, running monthly labor and overhead allocation processes and other Project Accounting functions.
• Contribute to process improvements around Project Accounting.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly departmental actuals and various month‑end reporting.
• Support annual budget and strategic roadmap planning.
• Sharepoint Administrator responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration (Accounting or Finance), Economics, or a related field with 0+ years experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced PC skills.

• Oracle EBS and SAP – Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) / EPM.
• Smart Sheet experience.
• Sharepoint experience.

Hourly range: $35–$40 per hour.
Bonus/incentive pay is also available. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
