Job Title : Loan Servicing Analyst
Job Location : Brea CA 92821
Job Duration : 12 Months Extension
Job Summary- Responsible for managing post-origination loan activities ensuring accurate processing of payments adjustments and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Monitor and process loan payments payoffs and adjustments in servicing systems.
- Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Respond to inquiries from borrowers internal teams and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues.
- Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors.
- Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits compliance reviews and financial reporting.
- Assist with system upgrades policy updates and process improvements related to loan servicing.
- Experience in loan servicing banking operations or financial services.
- Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
