• Responsible for managing post-origination loan activities ensuring accurate processing of payments adjustments and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Monitor and process loan payments payoffs and adjustments in servicing systems.
• Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers internal teams and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues.
• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors.
• Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits compliance reviews and financial reporting.
• Assist with system upgrades policy updates and process improvements related to loan servicing.

• Experience in loan servicing banking operations or financial services.
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance.
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
