This position is part of the Global FP&A team located in Brea, CA and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will support a critical finance transformation initiative focused on One Stream implementation and post go-live activities

• Contribute to One Stream go-live readiness through data validation and system tie‑outs
• Support development and testing of One Stream templates and reports
• Investigate and help resolve data discrepancies and mapping issues
• Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations for FP&A stakeholders
• Partner with FP&A teams to train users and support adoption of templates and reports

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with, validate, and reconcile financial data
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; familiarity with finance systems (e.g., One Stream), reporting tools, or AI/automation tools is a plus

• Exposure to One Stream or similar EPM systems through coursework, internships, or projects
• Experience working on data validation, reconciliation, or financial analysis projects
• Interest in finance transformation or systems implementation, including use of emerging tools (e.g., Copilot or automation tools)

The hourly range for this role is $28 USD / Hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
