• Create requisitions in Taleo applicant tracking system
• Handle new hire paperwork and onboarding
• Process termination paperwork
• Assist with new-employee orientations
• Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, maintain files, and assist with background checks
• Support recruitment and interview processes; track candidate status and send follow-up communications
• Perform HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
• Coordinate pre-employment procedures such as drug testing and background checks
• Assist employees and supervisors with HR policies and procedures
• Maintain confidential personnel files and actions
• Conduct audits of payroll and benefits, recommending corrections
• Complete record-keeping and assist with performance reviews
• Support benefits administration and reconciliation
• Advise on safety provisions and assist with accident investigations
• Record safety incidents and propose corrective actions
• Schedule meetings and interviews as requested
• Assist HR manager with projects

At least 4 years of stable HR Coordinator experience, comfortable remaining in the role long-term.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
