Senior Network Engineer

Mandatory Skills

• Palo Alto and Cisco firewall technologies
• LAN‑WAN, WAN/Velo Cloud SD‑WAN solutions, BGP, QoS, Automation, Scripting, wireless experience with Cisco WLC, 802.1x/MAB, and Distributed Flex connect deployments

• Do you have hands‑on experience with Cisco Nexus switching and its integration with VMware vSphere (network/vSwitch configuration)?
• Do you have hands‑on experience in deploying and managing network resources within AWS and/or Azure (VPC/VNet, Transit Gateway/Hub)?
• Have you served as a Technical Lead on major network projects, including documenting standards and mentoring junior engineers?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of computing or computer science or a related field.

• 12+ years of recent network engineering expertise supporting an enterprise environment
• 10+ years’ experience on:
• SD‑WAN
• Advanced BGP
• DMVPN
• Quality of Service (QoS)
• Palo Alto advanced knowledge (Global infrastructure management, Panorama, Distributed User‑, advanced Global Protect configuration)
• F5 configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Cisco ISE distributed deployment (Wireless 802.1x, Wired 802.1x, Guest, IoT, TACACS+)
• Cisco ASA (with routed‑VPN implementation and troubleshooting)
• PKI Knowledge
• Proficiency in Zscaler (desirable)
• 802.1x and MAB
• Nexus
• VMware vSphere knowledge
• AWS
• Demonstrated experience in all phases of the design, configuration, installation, and administration of large‑scale networks.
• CCNP certification or equivalent level in Cisco expertise.
• Strong security experience with firewall technologies, installation, maintenance and support.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

• Design, configure, install, and administer large‑scale networks.
• Document standards and mentor junior engineers when acting as a Technical Lead.
